Gary is a retired Staff Sergeant with the Calgary Police
Service and has eight years prior service with the R.C.M.P.
He was appointed to the board in 1990 and elected Canadian President
in 1993. Gary served as Director for the 1993 Games in Calgary
and was the Executive Director of Sports for the 1997 World
Police and Fire Games in Calgary. In 1999 he attended the World
Police and Fire Games in Stockholm, Sweden as a competitor and
also the Chief Referee of the P.P.C. Shooting competition. Since
retiring in 1998 Gary continues to get enjoyment and satisfaction
from devoting time to the Can-Am Police-Fire Games.

Terry joined the RCMP in 1974 and is presently stationed
at the RCMP Training Academy Regina, Saskatchewan. Terry has
actively participated in Police and Fire Games since 1985. He
became a Board Member October 1998 after the Can Am Games in
Regina. Terry is presently an Instructor on the Canadian Law
Enforcemnt Unit at the RCMP Training Academy. Previous duties
include General Police Duties, General Investigation Section,
Federal Enforcement Section and Drug Enforcement.

Lynn is a retired Lt. Colonel with the Oregon State Police
and lives in Salem, Oregon. He was appointed to the Board in
1987, after hosting the '87 Games in Salem, and elected Vice-President
in 1988. When the Board was restructured, he was elected as
the U.S. President and appointed as Treasurer.

Bill Merrylees is a Superintendent with the London Police
Service in London, Ontario, Canada. He is presently the Commander
of the Uniformed Division. He has 25 years of service and
his duties have included; Patrol Officer, Patrol Supervisor,
Section Commander, Incident Commander, Public Order Unit Commander
and Hearings Officer. He also has 9 years of experience in
homicide investigation in the Major Crime Section where he
was the Section Commander for three years.
Bill has competed in the games since 2000 winning medals
in Golf and Softball. He was the Chair of the Sport Technical
Committee for the 2004 London Can-Am Police-Fire Games which
had 872 competitors in 46 events at 37 venue sites. The London
games were very successful and he is proud of the accomplishments
of the London organizing committee. Bill was appointed to
the Board in March 2005.

Mike retired as Chief of Police from the City of West Richland,
Washington on July 1, 1999. He retired with thirty-one and
a half years of service with the last thirteen and half years
as Chief of Police. He is the founding member of the Northwest
Police-Fire Athletic Federation and served as its President.
When the NWPFAF was restructured to the CAN-AM Police-Fire
Games, he was elected as CEO and served in that capacity until
1995. He has hosted two Summer Games and assisted with 1996
Games in the Tri-Cities, Washington. Mike has participated
in the Police-Fire Games at the Regional, and International
level.

Kevin is a Shift Commander with the Lewiston, Idaho Fire
Department and has seventeen years of service. He was appointed
to the Board in 1993 and currently is responsible for the Games
Rule Manual. Kevin is the physical fitness coordinator for the
Lewiston Fire Department and has participated and won medals
in TCA, TFA, Waterskiing and track & field since 1988.

John is a retired Captain with the London Fire Department
in London, Ontario, Canada. He retired with more than 28 years
of service. In the latter part of his career, he served as
the Fire Department representative for Emergency Management
and Preparedness for the City of London.
He was the Vice Chair of the Sport Technical Committee and
Vice Chair of the Volunteer Committee for the 2004 London
Can-Am Police-Fire Games.
